It’s not often that I make the trek to Sam’s Club here in Knoxville. So you can imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find only 3 or 4 sample vendors out of like 25 stations! My whole morning snack/lunch was ruined…unless I wanted to make a meal out of granola (that looked like birdseed) and mandarin oranges!

It was supposed to be the family highlight of this rather drab Saturday.

My consolation prize – only eating half my lunch at home because Brinley (dog #2) barfed under the table right at my feet as I was eating.
