Whew…trying to read 12 chapters a day is tough! I’m getting a little more behind each day! But it’s been a good exercise so far. Several phrases from Jesus have lept off the page. Here’s one:

“by your words you will be aquitted and by your words you will be condemned” (Matthew 12)

Words have such great power. There’s a verse in Proverbs that says words have the power to give life or give death and we choose (Prov 18:21). Jesus also says that our words come from the overflow of our hearts (Luke 6:45).
